By renting a vehicle from Shyam Car Rental you agree to the following terms.

• Valid driving licence, Aadhaar or passport required at pickup.
• Refundable security deposit applies based on car category.
• Fuel is not included; return with the same level as pickup.
• Standard package includes 250 km/day; extra km charged at applicable rate.
• Damages, traffic violations, and challans are the renter's responsibility.
• Vehicles must not be taken outside permitted state limits without prior approval.
